Extrusion

With 4 fully automated extrusion lines we produce plastic profiles for the automotive and sanitary industry around the clock. Here our focus is on the production of particularly large quantities. Certain lot sizes are well over 10 million parts per year. That only works if we achieve the highest possible machine performance.

We develop individual machine solutions in cooperation with our customers in order to be able to leverage potential for improvement at an early stage. In the ideal case, we can make direct use of the great flexibility of our machine park in order to be able to offer the customer a solution as quickly as possible.

At the same time, we carry out several processing steps during extrusion. The advantage is that the profile does not have to be processed again after extrusion and certain processing steps can be saved.

The extrusion parts are not only cut to an individual length during processing, but vertical and horizontal punching processes can also be carried out in order to realize a wide variety of geometries on the product surface.

The parts are packed directly in the packaging for the customer and made available for dispatch. Here we pay particular attention to the fact that a safety stock agreed with the customer is always in stock in order to be able to support the customer immediately with any requirement.

recycling

From the very beginning of our work, we have relied on recycled raw materials. Not only out of conviction to support our environment in this way, but also because it simply made sense for our end products and not only offers an ecological advantage but also an economic one. What could be nicer than a win-win situation.

When recycling, it is very important that we continuously exchange information with our suppliers about the input quality. Here we rely on close partnerships in which we can rely on the material meeting our quality standards in the long term.

Once it arrives at our production facility, the quality of the goods is continuously monitored. The good input quality is the basis for further successful processing in production. Here our extrusion systems have proven to be very robust against a wide variety of input materials.

Compounding

During this process, physical, electrical, thermal or optical properties are changed. By adding various additives, we are able to influence the properties of the finished plastic profile so that it corresponds to your desired properties. The finished product is called a compound or composite material.

Through this refinement process step, we can achieve properties that offer completely new application possibilities for your product. An important element here is the use of our twin screw extruders for the successful processing of the compound.
